Last updated: September 2026
1. Service overview
getsyncai AI ("the Service") is an AI-based review reply drafting tool. It is provided "as is" as a pre-publish reference draft. Final published content should be reviewed by the user.
2. User responsibilities
- You must have the legal right to use the review content you input. Do not enter others' private or confidential information.
- Generated replies must be reviewed by a human before publishing. The Service is not liable for published results.
- You may not use the Service for any purpose that violates laws or infringes on others' rights.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use automated scripts to bypass rate limits, abuse the Service, or launch denial-of-service attacks;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse the Service's API, keys, or internal mechanisms;
- Input defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise illegal content;
- Use generated replies for false advertising, misleading consumers, or manipulating reviews.
4. Service changes and termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time without individual notice. If you violate these terms, we may restrict or terminate your access.
5. Intellectual property
The Service's UI, code, copy, and brand assets belong to the Service. Replies you generate, review, and publish belong to you. Ownership of AI-generated content is governed by applicable law.
6. Disclaimer
Replies generated by the Service are produced by a large language model and may contain factual errors, inappropriate tone, or unsuitable phrasing for specific contexts. We make no express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of generated content. In no event will we be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the home page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
